The jury acquitted Ruben Manz on five other counts of sexual assault and a mistrial was determined on a remaining count.

The 49-year-old was accused of touching or pulling the breasts of seven female patients over ten years while he was stretching their necks.

Manz testified he would seek consent of his patients, had them fill out forms and asked for permission when working on sensitive areas of the body.

The Crown had argued the complainants knew the sensations they were feeling and could not have mistaken their breasts being touched.

A date for sentencing is to be set next week.
