REGINA – One person is dead following a house fire on the 1600 block of Benson Bay in Regina.

In a social media post on the X platform, Regina Fire said they responded to the scene at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday morning.

According to the fire department, crews made entry on arrival, and one individual was removed but declared deceased on scene.

The fire department says the fire is currently under investigation.
