SASKATOON – Police are investigating an armed robbery yesterday in Saskatoon.

At approximately 4:30 p.m., Jan. 2, police were called to a business in the 1900 block of McKercher Drive, where an employee reported the robbery.

He told officers that a male suspect entered the business armed with a knife, and demanded cash, before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as wearing a black jacket, a face covering, grey sweat pants and black gloves.  

The male victim was not physically injured during the incident.
