REGINA – A third person has been charged in connection to the murder of 42-year-old Christopher Seaton of Regina.
On April 23, Regina Police Service arrested 42-year-old Larry Windigo and charged him with accessory after the fact to murder. He will make his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on April 24.
On April 10, at about 12:20 a.m. police and EMS were called to a home in the 400 block of East College Avenue for a report of an injured male. When officers arrived, they found Seaton injured and attempted life-saving measures. EMS arrived on scene and declared him deceased.
Seaton was Regina’s second homicide victim of 2025.
