The Regina Red Sox (17-20) have lost five of their last six games as they were defeated by the Weyburn Beavers 7-5 on Tuesday night at Currie Field.
Daniel Crabtree took the loss for the Red Sox, he lasted 5.2 innings allowing six hits and a pair of earned runs while recording four strikeouts.
Christos Stefanos had a pinch hit double with three RBIs.
Regina remains in second place of the Eastern Division 8.5 back of the Moose Jaw Miller Express.
The Red Sox will now play their next six games on the road, before they begin a swing through Alberta, the Red Sox will square off with the Beavers in a rematch in Weyburn at Tom Laing Park.
