Punnichy RCMP are confirming that human remains found on a small island on the Muskowekwan First Nation are those of 17 year-old Cody Wolfe’s, who had been missing since April of 2011.
The remains were first found by two boys in a boat on May 7th.
An autopsy was completed Wednesday, and the death is not being considered suspicious.
RCMP say the area Wolfe’s body was found in was submerged for a few years, which is why searches for his body in the area were previously unsuccessful.
