This one had better go better for Regina mayor Michael Fougere than the last CFL playoff bet he made with Winnipeg Mayor Brian Bowman.
Bowman went to Twitter to explain the bet Friday afternoon.

Both remember that after last year’s Western Semi-Final win by Winnipeg over Saskatchewan that the lights of Mosaic Stadium were lit up in Bomber colours after a 28-13 win.
