Pats sign pair of players

The Regina Pats have signed 2006-born defenceman Kolten Bridgeman and 2007-born forward Wyatt Stinton to Western Hockey League Standard Player Agreements.

Bridgeman will be celebrating his 16th birthday on October 28. Last season he had 23 points with the Regina Vic U18 AA team, as Bridgeman helped lead his team to a Saskatchewan AA Hockey League Championship.

Stinton had 47 points in 30 games for the Rink Hockey Academy in Winnipeg U15 program in 2021-22, finishing second on his team in goals and third in points. The 15 year old was the Pats fifth round selection in the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft. The forward is committed to play for the Rink Hockey Academy in Winnipeg U16 team this upcoming season.

The Pats will begin their pre-season schedule on Friday, September 9 in Prince Albert before coming home on Saturday, September 10 to complete their home-and-home inside the Brandt Centre.
