Two men charged, but more to come after apartment break-in on Centennial Street

Two men have been charged in connection to a break and enter incident that took place late Tuesday night on the 100 block of Centennial Street in Regina’s south end near the University of Regina.

Regina Police were called to an apartment building for a break and enter in progress. Officers at the scene called for additional units, as it was believed that there were as many as four suspects.

Two suspects were negotiated out of the building, but a third was able to flee the scene but was found by police a short time later. Two of the men are facing charges, but police are currently looking for more suspects as this investigation continues.

27 year-old Torie Mistaken Chief faces six charges, including two counts of breach of probation, and carrying a concealed weapon, while 23 year-old Kolton Klotz is charged with break and enter to commit a theft. Both suspects appeared in court Wednesday afternoon.
