The Regina Police Service is continuing their investigation into the death of an 18-month-old boy.
At this time, investigators are now considering the death suspicious and are treating the case as a criminal investigation.
On the morning of June 10th, officers responded to the 3200 block of Arens Roads East. The injured child was transported to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators are working with the provincial Coroners Service to determine the circumstances around the child’s death. There are no further details available at the moment.
