Regina City Hall opening Monday

Regina City Hall is set to reopen for limited services Monday, June 15th.

Main floor counters will be available for customers to pay their water bills, property taxes, parking tickets, and for licensing services. When paying at City Hall, it is preferred you pay with debit or credit.

The Building and Development Permit Counter will also be open Monday, The City is still encouraging permit applications and plans to be submitted electronically. That can be done by emailing [email protected], or by bringing in an external hard drive to City Hall.

Visitors to City Hall will see the following safety protocols in place:

  • a hand-sanitizing station in the lobby
  • physical distancing and directional traffic signage reminders
  • plexiglass barriers installed at service counters to allow for safer interactions
  • a limitation of 15 people inside the City Hall lobby
  • enhanced sanitization protocols

To avoid lineups, customers are being asked, whenever possible, to pay all of their bills through their banks. Payments by cheque can be deposited in the secure outside payment box.
