Pats thumped 7-1 in Edmonton on Sunday

The Regina Pats fell 7-1 in Edmonton the Oil Kings on Sunday.

The shots in the game were 33-33 with the Pats going 1-5 on the power-play.

Donovan Buskey started in net, and made 26 saves in a losing effort.

The Pats lone goal was from Robbie Holmes’ who netted his 11th of the season with the man advantage in the second period.

Regina (6-17-2-0) will wrap up their seven game road trip Friday night in Winnipeg against the ICE, they’ll return to the Brandt Centre Saturday to host Red Deer in what will also be the annual Teddy Bear Toss game.
