Police have charged a 38-year-old Regina man with a total of 16 charges in relation to a string of break and enters in the city.

Lyndon Howard Dale Sprague was arrested on the 600 block of Albert Street Thursday while returning to his vehicle.

He’s been charged with six counts of break and enter and commit, two counts of mischief under $5,000, two counts of theft under $5,000, possession of break in instruments and five counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

Sprague made his first court appearance Friday morning.
