5 new cases of COVID-19 in SK, no new recoveries

The province is reporting five new cases of COVID-19 in Saskatchewan on Monday.   It brings the provincial total to 751.

Four of the cases are located in the Far North region with the other one in the Saskatoon region.

95 cases are considered active.

There are no new recoveries being announced leaving the provincial total at 643.

Three people are in hospital.  One is in Saskatoon with the other two being in the South.  No one is in intensive care.

Meanwhile, the Saskatchewan Health Authority is declaring an outbreak in Saskatoon to be over.   That outbreak was made public on May 27 after a number of new cases were reported after two large family gatherings had been held.
