Regina Police are on the scene of an incident at the corner of 5th Avenue and Pasqua Street.

Police were initially called for a report of people in a vehicle with a firearm on the 600 block of Athol street.

A plain-clothes officer spotted the vehicle in question, and uniformed members stopped the vehicle at the corner of 5th Avenue and Wascana Street.

Police then requested the suspects get out of the vehicle. The suspects drove off, and collided with another vehicle at the corner of 5th Avenue and Pasqua Street.

Police have four suspects in custody. EMS was called as a person involved in the collision needed medical attention.

The investigation is underway. Traffic in the area is restricted.
