12-year-old girl charged after break-in at Regina restaurant

A 12-year-old has been charged with a break-in at a restaurant on the 700 block of Albert Street last night.
At about 9:13 p.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to the business for a break-in, desribing three young females as suspects.
Police found a broken window and a fire extinguisher that had been used to smash the window when they arrived. They also discovered alcohol had been consumed.
Two of the young people who were found there were under age 12, but a 12-year-old girl who can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act was charged with break, enter and commit theft.
She was released on an undertaking to appear in youth court March 6
