Late Saturday night, Regina Police responded to a weapons offence, involving pepper spray, in the area of 13th Avenue and Albert Street.
Three young men were approached by two men on bicycles, one of the males on bicycles sprayed the group with what is believed to have been pepper spray.
The victims did not require medical attention.
The suspect that sprayed the victims is described as male, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants, with a black backpack and riding a bicycle.
