Regina Police are investigating a Friday morning shooting that took place on the 3200 block of Avonhurst.

At about 6:00 PM on Friday, police were dispatched to a home at the 300 block of Retallack where they found a 35 year-old man with an apparent gunshot wound on his arm. The victim was taken to hospital.

It was learned there was a confrontation on Avonhurst Drive that involved two suspects and the victim, where the shooting occurred and the suspects fled. One suspect is described as 5’9″ while the other is 6’2″, and both were wearing black clothing.
