Pats and Warriors set to meet in rescheduled game

 

In a game that was originally scheduled to be played on Sunday, but was postponed due to weather conditions, the Regina Pats will host the Moose Jaw Warriors at the Brandt Centre this evening.

The Pats have been off since last Thursday, when they were defeated by the Warriors 5-2. The two teams will be meeting for the fourth time this season tonight, with Moose Jaw holding an early season edge at 2-1.

Over their last three games inside of the Brandt Centre, the Pats have recorded at least a single point (2-0-1) in all of those contests.

Connor Bedard is one point away registering his 150th career WHL point. During his 89 game career with the Pats,  Bedard has recorded 73 goals and 76 assists.

Tonight’s game will kick off a five game homestand for the Pats, on the weekend they will welcome teams from the United States for the first time since the COVID pandemic as Everett and Tri-Cities will visit the Brandt Centre on Saturday and Sunday.

Leading up to the opening faceoff, the SportsCage with Michael Ball will be live on location at the Brandt Centre.
