Regina police are investigating the seventh murder of 2022.
At about 12:40 a.m. on October 12th, police were sent to the Regina General Hospital for the report of a man with wounds consistent with an assault.
The man was unconscious and the incident was investigated as an assault.
Police were notified yesterday that the man, identified as Bryan Thayne Starr, died. Next of kin were also notified.
Anyone with any information about the assault is asked to contact the Regina Police Service or Crimestoppers.
