With their victory over the Winnipeg Rifles on Sunday in the PFC semi-final, three players from the Regina Thunder were recognized with the player of the week awards.

Running back Ryland Leichert established a new record for carries with 52, along he posted 390 yards rushing as he won offensive player of the week.

Defensive End Reece McCormick claimed the defensive player of the week with four sacks and a forced fumble.

Kicker Erik Maximuik won the special teams player of the week.
