An advisory is being issued by the Saskatchewan Health Authority after confirmation that an individual, who has tested positive for COVID-19, was at several businesses July 14th in Swift Current.

The SHA says while the person did hand sanitize prior to entering the stores, they were not wearing a mask and could therefore pass along the virus through air droplets.

Anyone who attended these businesses on July 14th during the listed times should be monitoring for symptoms.

Home Hardware, 11:00-12:00

Dollarama (Swift Current Mall), 3:00-3:15

Staples, 3:20-4:10

Canadian Tire, 4:15-4:30

All the businesses have been complying with guidelines to minimize COVID-19 transmission and the public is being reminded to also play their part by continuing to take precautions to protect themselves and others in the community.
