The person who claims to be the organizer of a large gathering in Moose Jaw on Friday that exceeded the province’s limit of 15 people wants you to help pay his fine.
Lucas Howard has started a GoFundMe page in an attempt to have people pay the $2,800 fine received for breaking the province’s public health order.
On the page, Howard says he has a part time minimum wage job and already have rent to pay. I can’t afford the ticket. I know the consequences of my actions, and I accept the ticket that I got.
As of 5 p.m Monday afternoon, $60 dollars had been donated.
