A total of four people are facing charges in relation to two unrelated robberies this week.
On Tuesday, police were called to the 2600 block of Robinson Street, where a vehicle was stolen after the keys were left inside and the vehicle was unlocked.
A short time later, the vehicle was found, and the suspects, a woman and a man, were apprehended. The search yielded a product believed to be fentanyl.
24 year-old Anthony Machiskinic and 18 year-old Braeden Peters, face a combined total of six charges, including theft of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property under $5,000, and possession of a scheduled substance.
Meanwhile on Wednesday morning, Regina police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Scarth Street for a robbery and a report of a weapons offence.
It is believed a man was robbed at knifepoint while standing in front of the business in the early-morning hours of Wednesday morning. The suspect fled with an unknown amount of cash and a cell phone.
Police were able to locate the suspect, stolen goods and a knife in a residence on the 2000 block of Edwards Street. Two suspects were arrested and charged in the incident.
25 year-old Landon Keepness faces one charge of robbery, while 19 year-old Gabriel McKay is charged with obstructing a peace officer and breach of a condition of release.
