Three Regina men are facing charges after a break and enter into a detached garage on the 1500 block of Rae Street on the weekend.

Police were called to the scene on Sunday night. After the suspects were detained, officers observed that while the property in question was vacant, a lock on a door of the garage had been pried off.

30-year-old Wesley John, 28-year-old Ambrose Southwind, and 23-year-old Kelly Fox are all charged with Break, enter, and commit mischief, as well as breach of conditions of a release order. John also faces a charge of possession of break-in instruments.

All three appeared in court on Monday morning.
