The Saskatchewan Roughriders have announced the 56th Annual Labour Day Classic has sold out.
The Riders will host their long-time rivals, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, on Sept. 5, and will feature a half-time performance from The Sheepdogs, as well as the first Party in the Park of the 2021 season.
“After an absolutely electric home opener last weekend, we can’t wait to have another sold out crowd for the Labour Day Classic. Rider Nation always proves to be the difference maker for us, and we know they will make a big impact in our quest to beat the Bombers,” Chief Brand Officer Anthony Partipilo said in a news release.
Those who missed out on getting tickets for the Labour Day Classic are encouraged to secure tickets to this week’s game against Hamilton, as well as the Aug. 21 matchup against Ottawa.
