Luther College implementing several COVID-19 policies for the fall

There will be a few different policies that students will have to keep in mind when they return to Luther College High School this fall.

The school’s president Dr. Marc Jerry mentioned they are looking at implementing the use of masks, equipping classrooms with desk shields and other tactics to adhere to the province’s COVID-19 health measures.

Jerry says their first few days back to school will be a learning curve for their students.

“We’re pretty clear about those with our students, and I will insist that those are being followed,” said Jerry. “We need to do our part to help keep our community safe, and teaching our students  about that is just as important as it is in keeping them safe.”

Over 400 students are enrolled at Luther College this upcoming school year.
