A Regina man has been charged with the murder of 30 year-old Earl Dufour from Lebret.

The investigation began on August 1st, when Regina police were dispatched to the Mount Royal neighbourhood for a firearms offence. The victim was taken to hospital from the scene with serious injuries. The victim passed away this past Saturday.

Two people were previously charged in connection to this incident for attempted murder using a firearm, but charges against 22 year-old Dominick Cochrane and 23 year-old Angelica Taypotat have since been upgraded to first degree murder.

However, 20 year-old Isaiah Dustyhorn has now been charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
