The City of Moose Jaw is trying to help people who are still owed refunds from Ticket Rocket from events that were cancelled back in March.

Customers who purchased tickets to Moose jaw Warrior games scheduled for March 14th, 17th and the 21st, as well as those who purchased tickets to the High Valley concert for May 10th and ZZ Top on May 28th, were supposed to have received refunds by Saturday.

According to a release from the city, many people still have not received their refunds.

The City of Moose Jaw says they understand the frustrations of the ticket purchasers, and is currently reviewing further options.
