The weather will not be ideal for a couple of days.
Environment Canada has both a special weather statement and a fog advisory out for a large majority of the province
The weather office says a strong storm system will affect the southern and central parts of the province starting Monday night.
The area southwest of the Yellowhead will see strong winds through the day, with peak gusts in excess of 90 km/h expected. Some freezing rain will also come down near the Yellowhead with areas north seeing somewhere between 10 to 30 centimeters of snow especially in a line stretching from Lloydminster to Meadow Lake with a winter storm watch out for those areas.
As for the fog advisory, a ridge of high pressure will settle over the area late Sunday night which will reduce visibility to zero in some places.
