The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit says a man from Asquith has been charged with child pornography and voyeurism.
The investigation began in July when Saskatoon police learned of a 24-year-old man in possession of child pornography and intimate photos of a woman he had taken without her knowing.
Members of the ICE unit and Warman RCMP executed a search warrant on November 25 at the man’s home in Asquith where they seized three cell phones and a laptop for analysis.
24-year-old Elmir Drincic was arrested at his home and was charged by police. He was briefly held in custody and appeared in court in Saskatoon where he was released on multiple conditions.
He is set to re-appear in court on December 9.
