A fire broke out at CMS Metal Products, in Regina’s warehouse district, Thursday afternoon.

Emergency crews responded just after 1:30 p.m. to the business on 8th Avenue and Winnipeg Street.

The fire was contained to one part of the building, but the fire in the scrap metal yard proved difficult to fully extinguish.

Half of all fire crews in Regina were used to battle the blaze.

All employees were accounted for and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is still undetermined.
