Saskatchewan Roughriders head coach Craig Dickenson isn’t going to make people wait to see if Cody Fajardo will suit up for Saturday’s regular season finale in Hamilton—-a game that means nothing to the Riders win or lose as they know they will finish second.
Fajardo won’t be the only offensive starter who will sit the game out as Dickenson added William Powell, Duke Williams and Dan Clark won’t dress for the game.
With Fajardo not starting, it means Isaac Harker will get the call much to his delight.
“It’s special to get a chance to play again” Harker said after Tuesday’s practice. It’s also a credit to our team for getting us in a position where I can get this opportunity.”
It’s a similar situation for Harker as he started the final game of the 2019 season leading the team to a 23-13 win over Edmonton.
