An investigation is underway after a house fire in the 11-hundred block of  Robinson Street in Regina.

The fire broke out just before 11:30pm, and fire fighters say the house was engulfed in flames and smoke on arrival.

It took some time for fire fighters to get the upper hand on the fire, and get it under control.

No one was injured.
