Regina Police were able to locate a stolen vehicle which have led to multiple of charges including possession of weapons for two Regina men.

A vehicle was identified by police in the area of Cameron Street and 6th Avenue. Police attempted to stop the vehicle which led to the suspects fleeing on foot.

One suspect was stopped immediately when challenged by police.

A second suspect was arrested inside of a residence a short time later.

Police located a firearm near the vehicle a short time later with ammunition inside a backpack a short time later.

23 year old Isaiah Bitternose is facing multiple charges including possession of weapons.

30 year old Axyl Mahingen also facing multiple charges including possession of weapons.

Bitternose and Mahingen both made their first appearance in provincial court in Regina this morning.
