Agribition outlines COVID-19 protocols for livestock show in November

Canadian Western Agribition has outlined measures to ensure the annual livestock show this fall is safe for everyone in attendance.

The show was postponed last year due to COVID-19.

Agribition will operate under all Public Health Orders.

Those attending will need to provide proof of full vaccination or proof of an approved negative test.

Agribition will accept any physical or digital proof of vaccination record provided by the local health authority.

The last day to receive a second shot and satisfy the 14 day waiting period before load-in weekend at Agribition is November 5th.

Proof of a negative test must be from an authorized private provider and within the previous 72 hours.

An exhibitor choosing to provide negative results will likely need to be retested at least twice during show week between load-in and move out.

There will be a pre-screening and wristband option for easy access for those fully vaccinated.

Previous infection is not a valid exemption.

Canadian Western Agribition is scheduled to run November 22nd to 27th at Evraz Place.
