A Regina man is facing charges in connection with a robbery .

On Monday night, just after 6:00, police were dispatched to a business on a report of robbery on the 900 block of Albert Street.

Allegedly an employee was threatened by a man wielding a knife. The suspect also allegedly stole several items from the business.

Officers were able to locate the suspect a short time later.

31 year old Dwight Asapace is facing charges including robbery.

He will appear in provincial court Tuesday morning.
