Mitch Minken from Swift Current has been elected to be the next Chair for Curling Canada’s Board of Governors.

Minken was elected chair at Curling Canada’s Annual Meeting, which was held via a Zoom conference on Saturday.

Speaking on the SportsCage Monday afternoon, Minken said his duties as chair will involve a wide range of activities, with the main one now being a return to the rinks at all levels in as efficient a manner as possible.

Before being elected chair, Minken was president for CURLSASK.
