Three facing charges after incident where car was going over 170 km/h

Three people are facing charges after an incident that started near Perdue Tuesday afternoon.

RCMP say they attempted to pull a vehicle over on Highway 14, but the vehicle fled away at a dangerous speed thus a pursuit was not initiated.

Shortly after, the vehicle was seen heading towards Saskatoon at a speed of over 170 km/h.   The vehicle was located near Langham with a spike belt being used to deflate its tires.

The three fled on foot, but were located and taken into custody.

25 year old Theron Fox and 19 year old Tanisha Taniskishayinew were in court Wednesday morning.  Charges are pending against another man.
