A RCMP officer was airlifted to hospital Saturday morning following a rollover collision by Lestock, Saskatchewan.
The accident happened at 9:00 a.m. yesterday when police were responding to a call for service in the area.
During pouring rain in the area, the SUV lost control on the road, resulting in a single-vehicle rollover.
An officer was able to confirm that one RCMP member was in the SUV at the time and was taken to a Regina hospital by STARS Air Ambulance.
He was later released after suffering non-serious injuries.
An investigation is still ongoing in to the cause of the rollover.
No other details have been released at this time.
