A local man is facing multiple charges after being caught with a stolen vehicle.

On Friday afternoon, around 4:45, Regina Police located a vehicle that was reported missing earlier in the month.

When police spotted the stolen car, it was stuck in the snow. As the canine team approached the car, the driver attempted to escape by foot, but cooperated with police a short time later.

Two men were taken into custody, one was released without charges, the other man was found to be in connection with a separate break and enter incident.

40 year old James Crane is facing multiple charges and appeared in Provincial Court yesterday.
