A man and a woman are the subject of a province wide warrant of arrest on charges for Kidnapping, Forcible Confinement, Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault.

On March 5, Regina Police were notified that two women had been kidnapped, held against their will, assaulted and robbed. Police located and confirmed the victims had injuries consistent with physical assault.

36 year old Justin McKay of Broadview and 28 year old Deanna McKay of Regina are wanted for the incident.

A third person in connection with the incident has been arrested.

31 year old Melissa Belanger of Regina is facing multiple charges and appeared in court on March 7.

Justin McKay is 5’ 10” tall, weighing about 180 pounds, muscular build, black hair, brown eyes, broken or missing upper teeth. He has numerous tattoos including some that can be visible on his jawline and neck.

Deanna McKay is 5’ 6” tall, weighing about 170 pounds, medium build, with long, straight brown hair and brown eyes. Her tattoos include a face/crying blood (on right hand), a clown face (on left hand), and lettering across upper chest.
