Four people have been arrested after police responded to a report of a gunshot being fired on the 2100 block of Osler street.
Police received the report at around 6:30 a.m. yesterday morning.
The complainant said that they heard a single gunshot and then they saw four people leaving the scene.
When police arrived, all four people were arrested without incident.
The police seized a firearm, ammunition, and other weapons.
As a result, numerous weapons charges were laid:
38-year-old Violet Bellegarde, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition.
- 3x Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.
- Carry a Concealed Weapon.
- Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized.
- 4x Possession of Firearm or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order.
- Breach Conditional Sentence Order.
Bellegarde will make her first appearance in Provincial Court on March 13.
34-year-old Anastasia Adams, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Identity Fraud – Possession of an Identity Document.
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.
- Carry a Concealed Weapon.
- Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon.
Adams will also make her first appearance in Provincial Court on March 13.
25- Year-old Koletyn Creeley, of Okanese First Nation, has been charged with:
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose.
Creeley will make his first appearance in Provincial Court on May 3.
45-year-old Cory Moise, of Regina, has been charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Condition of an Undertaking.
Moise will make his first appearance in Provincial Court on May 2.
