A Regina man has been charged with attempted murder after an incident on Wednesday night.

Regina Police were called to a hospital at about 5:30 for a report of an injured man. Police learned a passenger inside of a taxi was stabbed by another passenger. Afterwards, the taxi driver drove the victim to hospital. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.

As a result of their investigation, Police have charged 42 year-old Trevor Sunshine with six charges, including attempted murder, possession of a weapon, and possession of a scheduled substance.
