A Regina man is recovering after being robbed and assaulted last night.

His attackers? 3 boys aged 12, 13, and 14.

At 9:15 pm on March 14th police were called to the 400 block of Mccarthy Boulevard for a report of a robbery.

The boys allegedly approached the victim, and demanded money – they then assaulted the man until a passerby was able to intervene.

The three were arrested without incident after descriptions allowed the police to locate them

They cannot be named under the youth criminal justice act – but they now face charges of robbery.

Additionally the 13 year old faces breach of condition charges.

All three will make their first appearance in court march 15th.
