Manitoba man who stormed gates of Rideau Hall set to be sentenced on Tuesday

The man who pleaded guilty earlier this month after being accused of ramming his truck through a gate at Rideau Hall last July finds out his fate on Tuesday.

Corey Hurren of Bowsman, Manitoba will be sentenced in an Ottawa court Tuesday.

Hurren pleaded guilty February 5th to seven weapon-related charges and one count of mischief.

He had faced 21 weapons charges and one count of threatening Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
