The Bolo Program has named 22-year-old Reshaun Norman Cote to its Top 25 Most Wanted list, drawing national attention to a Canada-wide warrant issued for his arrest.
Cote is wanted for second-degree murder in the May 12, 2024, shooting of 22-year-old Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr in Regina’s Sherwood Drive area.
Two other suspects, 24-year-old Isaiah James Dustyhorn and a 17-year-old youth, have already been arrested and charged in connection with the case. The Youth Criminal Justice Act prohibits naming the minor suspect.
Regina Police Deputy Chief Trent Stevely praised the Bolo Program for amplifying efforts to locate Cote. “With the national attention generated from the Bolo Top 25 list, more eyes than ever will be on the lookout for Mr. Cote, which can help us bring this investigation to a successful conclusion,” Stevely said in a media release.
The Bolo Program’s platform provides critical support for law enforcement, encouraging public participation to help capture fugitives. Authorities urge anyone with information about Cote’s whereabouts to contact Regina Police or Crime Stoppers.
