A third person has been charged in connection to Sunday’s murder that took place in North Central Regina.

Police were called to the 1000 block of Garnet Street at about 6:30 on Sunday morning for a report of an injured man. The victim was taken to hospital, but later died. He was identified as 32-year-old Justin Delorme.

Police previously charged 54-year-old Charles Taypotat and 35-year-old Richard Crane in connection to the murder, but have now also charged 32-year-old Jordan Cyr with second degree murder and attempted murder using a firearm.

Cyr appeared in court Wednesday afternoon.
