Police arrested a 27-year-old on Friday after a weapons offence report led officers to a home in the zero block of Pine Place around 4:00 p.m. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.

During a search, police found a modified airsoft gun, ammunition, a conducted energy weapon, methamphetamine, and items tied to drug trafficking. Officers also discovered identity documents not belonging to the individual.

The suspect faces multiple charges, including weapon possession and drug trafficking. They appeared in Provincial Court on Monday.
