Biggar RCMP are investigating a deadly collision on Highway 14, east of Biggar.

Police responded at 12:40 p.m. on January 9 to a crash involving a car and a semi. The car’s driver, a 35-year-old Saskatoon man, was pronounced deceased at the scene. He was the only person in the vehicle.

The semi driver was taken to the hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.

The highway was temporarily closed but has since reopened. A collision reconstructionist is assisting in the ongoing investigation.
